Lullaby Studios offers a beautifully designed venue for baby showers, milestone events, and intimate gatherings. With a warm, sophisticated atmosphere, our space is thoughtfully curated to create lasting memories.​

This space is located off of Hemphill and was designed to provide an affordable and comfortable option for smaller gatherings and celebrations. The rental includes access to the event room and restroom only. Please note that kitchen access is not available. Due to the intimate size of this space, it is best suited for smaller guest counts and simple setups.

  • ​50% retainer reserves the date for venue only (is deducted from the total) 

  • Décor packages require a $600 retainer to reserve the date (to be deducted from the total).

  • A $200 refundable deposit is also required (in addition to the total/retainer) if chairs, or no manager present.

  • Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

This space is located at the front of our warehouse and was designed to provide an affordable option for smaller gatherings and celebrations. The rental includes access to the event room and restroom only.

Please note that kitchen access is not available. Due to the intimate size of this space, it is best suited for

smaller guest counts and simple setups. If you require more room or a larger capacity, we recommend

booking our CC Event Center, which offers a larger venue for bigger events.
