CURRENT ALCOHOL STATUS
Currently accepting reservations for non-alcohol events. Clients interested in events involving alcohol may contact us regarding availability/options as those services are finalized.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The refundable cleaning/damage deposit is $300.
PLEASE NOTE
-- A 50% retainer reserves the date for venue-only bookings (deducted from the total).
-- Décor packages require a $600 retainer to reserve the date (deducted from the total).
-- A $200 refundable deposit is required in addition to the total/retainer if specialty chairs are added or no manager is present.
-- Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
